JOB POSTING POLICY AND PROCEDURE
POLICY:
The Case Management Society of America – Birmingham, Alabama Chapter provides written guidelines pursuant to the use of our website for the purpose of posting available jobs. All parties requesting a job posting on the CMSA – Birmingham Chapter website are subject to the following terms:
CMSA Birmingham Chapter and Tuscaloosa Chapters are allowed to post job openings at
no charge.
Corporate Members are allowed to post at no charge.
CMSA member requests are posted for a fee of $50 per thirty day posting
Non-member request are posted for a fee of $100 per thirty day posting
Fees are required in advance by check payment
It is the responsibility of the posting organization to request an extension and submit payment in advance by check payment if applicable. The fee is the same as the initial fee.
One email blast will be sent out to notify the Chapter's email distribution list of each job posting.
PROCEDURE:
Job postings are maintained on the website for a period of 30 calendar days. Postings will be removed without notice at the end of the 30 day period. The technology committee will be responsible for all updates.
Request for extensions of postings are available for a fee. (See fee schedule outlined above). Posting will occur when the request and payment are received.
All requests are to be submitted to the Chapter President via email request to cmsabham@gmail.com.
Posting will not occur until payment has been received. Payments should be sent to the
Chapter's PO Box.
All requests are subject to review and format will be edited to ensure conformity to CMSA Birmingham Chapter website standards and space restrictions.
Content of the posting should be limited to 200 words or less in length and be descriptive of a specific position, its responsibilities and required qualifications.
Contact information for interested candidates should be clearly noted at the end of the posting.
